I’ve spent over 15 years helping people understand the science of transformation. My work has been used by organizations like MIT, Google, the FBI, Stanford, and schools and nonprofits worldwide. I’ve taught thousands of leaders and helped clients get accepted to TEDx, Mindvalley stages, and other global platforms.
My background in neuropsychology, self-directed neuroplasticity, qEEG, heart rate variability, and embodied cognition allows me to translate neuroscience into tools that create real human change. I combine rigorous research with deep training in mindfulness and cross-cultural wisdom traditions - bringing science and humanity together in a way few programs do.
